How to claim

1. Email support@lungorlung.com with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and a return authorisation.
3. Send back the bottles, including empty or partly used ones.
4. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the return.

What is not refunded

Return postage and any original shipping fee are not refunded.
